I have CCJ’s. Can I obtain a bank account?

The answer is 'YES'. We can overcome this hurdle for you with a 'high street' bank.

You will still need to provide the standard forms of identification but the CCJ’s or payment defaults registered against your name will not be a problem.

Phone us on 020 8992 8930 to discuss options if you have adverse credit with any of the main banks.

The company name

It must be unique and should avoid similarity with existing registered companies or established brand names eg. ‘Virgin’,’Tesco’,’Harrods’ etc.

There are various sensitive words which should be avoided if possible e.g. ‘royal’,’bank’,’national’ and ‘British’ etc. The words 'Group' & 'Holdings' are also sensitive.

If you are uncertain about your company name, send us an e-mail for advice. info@cfllondon.co.uk; or call on 0208 992 8930
